Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value transparency and clarity in our transactions, which is why we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy

a. Service-Based Refunds

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where HNVision is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal factors.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ndixitnishant@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue arising.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

b. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Consultation sessions once conducted.
  • Any marketing campaigns, content creation, or operations optimization services already delivered.
  • Customized strategies or plans specifically created for a client.

c. Third-Party Payments

If a service involves payments to third-party platforms (e.g., advertising budgets, software tools), those payments are non-refundable as per the respective third-party policies.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel a service by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance via email at ndixitnishant@gmail.com.
  • For monthly or recurring services, cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

b. Cancellation by HNVision

HNVision reserves the right to cancel a service at its discretion under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of fees.
  • Violation of HNVision’s Terms and Conditions.
  • Situations beyond our control that prevent service delivery (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).

In such cases, clients will be notified, and any unused portion of the service fee may be refunded at HNVision’s discretion.

3. Process for Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Submit a written request for a refund or cancellation to ndixitnishant@gmail.com, clearly stating the reason for your request and providing relevant details.
  2. Our team will review your request and may reach out for additional information if required.
  3. You will receive a response within 5 business days, informing you of the decision.

4. Exceptions

HNVision reserves the right to deny refund or cancellation requests in cases where:

  • The client has violated the Terms and Conditions of service.
  • The refund or cancellation request is made after the specified timeframes.
  • Significant progress has already been made on the project or service.
